My contract is wrong and I shouldn’t have signed it. I know it’s going to come back and bite me in the butt. He wouldn’t let me read it and when I tried he got annoyed. There’s things in my contract that was not agreed to and when I would bring them up to him he would say, “I promise you will get what we agreed to I just didn’t put it in right.” I thought after we went through them he would go back on the computer and correct it but he didn’t he just printed it. That’s a legal contract so instead of him going back in the computer he wrote it on the contract which doesn’t help me at all know one is going to uphold that. They are going to think I wrote that in there. He knew I was not happy with his work or professionalism so he came to the car and told me “If you have a problem with the contract call me and he would straighten it out. “ And he put his phone number on the front of the envelope. Great Customer Service. I went in to Temecula Nissan for an oil change and an issue I was having with my transmission. They came out right away listened to my concerns and br I went in to Temecula Nissan for an oil change and an issue I was having with my transmission. They came out right away listened to my concerns and brought it in for repairs. They notified me that all repairs were going to be covered under the manufactures warranty and gave me a rental car free of charge. I came back to get my car after the repairs were finished. And realized the oil change wasn’t done, they quickly offered to bring it back and perform the oil change service free of charge. It took an extra 30 minutes. At the end of the day my car ran great they fixed all the issues and I didn’t have to pay for anything. I would definitely recommend using them. More
