The people are nice but the service department is horrible. I brought it in for an oil change and tire rotation, they didn't rotate my tires which makes me wonder if they even changed my oil plus they didn't ru I brought it in for an oil change and tire rotation, they didn't rotate my tires which makes me wonder if they even changed my oil plus they didn't run it thru the wash (not a big deal but its usually broken) . Plus when I arrived I let Jose know again (he knew from the last visit) that when they broke my lugs from having the impact on reverse they replaced them with totally different lug nuts that aren't even the same size as my original lugs and that they didn't even fix them last time because some were still cracked. I wanted them replaced because they weren't like that before. If I have a flat tire somewhere I am not going to be able to even change it because I now have mismatched and two different size lug nuts on my wheels. I am very disappointed with the service I have received. Jose is nice and all but my concerns are never taken seriously and nothing got fixed. More

Poor service department Online service scheduling is pointless. Staff does not seem knowledgeable of their products. Attempted to charge me $3K to fix my heater. I fixed it myself, without any additional parts in 20 minutes (5 minutes of that was watching a how to video on YouTube). I thought I paid for my rear brakes and rotors to be replaced, but it sounds worse than when I took it in. Know your vehicle and have a basic clue about vehicle pricing and maintenance before stepping foot on this dealership. More
