Service Center LOST my vehicle Went for an oil change. Shuttle driver made me wait; he had to go to lunch. Service guy called to say they couldn't my vehicle SUV. Then found it but Went for an oil change. Shuttle driver made me wait; he had to go to lunch. Service guy called to say they couldn't my vehicle SUV. Then found it but it was in the body shop getting a paint job. Lent me a mini loaner car. Got my SUV back next day with newly painted hood that I didn't need. Upside: got free oil change & vehicle was very clean. More

As always another great visit This was a little different because they couldn’t reach enterprise maintenance to get authorization but it was completed on time as promised. Good service Went in for a key fob they were quite busy at 9:30 am they gave me an estimate about an hour and half which I decided to stay and wait.
