Loan vehicle I went for an oil change. The service department member told me I need some other services done. He offered me a loan vehicle I agreed. The disappoint I went for an oil change. The service department member told me I need some other services done. He offered me a loan vehicle I agreed. The disappointing thing was that it took them an hour to provide me with the loan vehicle. That is an incredible long time to get the vehicle. I was extremely disappointed. Well, the next day was the same story. They called me and told me my vehicle was ready. I It took them 52 minutes to process the loan vehicle and give me my vehicle back. Needless to say I’m extremely disappointed. Definitely will not go through that again. More

Pre-service estimate. I Took my car in to see what the cost would be to replace the passenger side mirror. I’m sorry I don’t remember all the names. However the lady that checked me in was more than helpful. The parts guy and the cashier were very helpful and friendly. Tim Nelson who was the service person was great. He did everything he could.

Helpful I went to start my car in the morning and it had this big wobbly start. Didn't feel safe to drive. Called the dealership to see if i could get it in that day. Got my car towed there no problem, they found out i had a broken engine mount. They ordered the piece and i got my car back in two days. They were so helpful on the ohone when i was panicking snd were very kond when i kept calling to find out more information. Overall i felt everything went well and they put my nerves to ease. More

Time spent waiting I right there at 6:45 for my 7 appointment. There were two other cars sitting there besides mine.I explained to him that I really needed to get out of I right there at 6:45 for my 7 appointment. There were two other cars sitting there besides mine.I explained to him that I really needed to get out of there in time that I didn't want anything else done on the car except. Because I didn't have time. he assured me that my car would be out in an hour to 1 1/2 hours, no problem. after 2 hours I started asking about my car and at first they couldn't even find it. By the time my car was found and I left there it was after 9. Needless to say the time frame that I needed to be somewhere of course didn't happen. This isn't the first time this has happened to me there. a few months ago I was there for over three and a half hours for an oil change because somebody forgot to take my car back. Apparently having an appointment doesn't make any difference. More

Service Center LOST my vehicle Went for an oil change. Shuttle driver made me wait; he had to go to lunch. Service guy called to say they couldn't my vehicle SUV. Then found it but it was in the body shop getting a paint job. Lent me a mini loaner car. Got my SUV back next day with newly painted hood that I didn't need.
