However, some communication errors took place while I was dropping off my first car to be taken care of that show a disparate level of service in the back. Victor informed me that a sensor had to be replaced, assuaging my worst fears that something worse had gone wrong with my car. I asked him to do an oil change while they were conducting the repair. However, when I received the car on Monday the oil change was not on the paperwork and had not been done. Also, the paperwork indicated they had fixed my tire pressure, one was low, but that also had not been fixed. Sometimes these things happen, I had my car serviced at my normal location after, and I brought in the Rogue the next weekend. Victor saved the day on this one, because if I had similar problems the second time with the Rogue I would have more serious concerns with this service department as a whole. More

My check engine light had came and so I had to get it fixed. Since I own the vehicle for over 4 years I never had those items repaired. I had got a quote from Pep Boys for $3500 2 years ago so I just avoided it. I had used Nissan for some major repairs to the transmission and so I went back to them. The cost for everything that Pep Boys had quotes plus the oil change was $1100. My car ride smoothly. Alex C. Remembered me from the service He did last year. He was ever so professional friendly and informative. As a mom I am so glad they do not take advantage of me. When I came in there was a huge line of cars, but when I went into the office they had me done in 10 mins. Absolutely best and very trustworthy service. More

Please see my email send to the customer service rep There are many things that were frustrating about my experience. I was working with Victor. I told him I was there for routine maintenance and tha There are many things that were frustrating about my experience. I was working with Victor. I told him I was there for routine maintenance and that some lights were out on the car. When he went over the initial estimate ($1700) I told him that was way to much for me to pay and I would like to split things up over a few services. He said he rearranged things and gave me some discounts and then quoted me $1400 which I agreed to. I told him I would pick up the vehicle the next morning (Friday the 16th). I get there the next morning at 6:45 a.m. and the vehicle is not ready (I was not given a call the night before or that morning so I could have not gotten up early before work to be there). Victor then calls me and tells me the work has been done but the lights that needed replacing were going to be another $500 or so (a head light and 2 fog lights). I told him to just replace the head light which then brought me back to $1700. When I got there Friday evening the paperwork was still not done. I am unclear why Victor gave me a $1400 price knowing that it did not include replacement of the lights that were out. Replacing the lights would get me back to $1700 which was too much for me to spend but I was stuck because I can't be driving the car at night without a headlight. I then get in my car this morning and notice that the interior light (which I had told Victor about) was not fixed. This was not a good experience. This was a huge amount of money to spend on a car and I don't feel like the cost was fairly disclosed and I got backed into doing this. My car is an Infinity and I don't need to bring it to Nissan and may start going back to Escondido. More
