Warranty service I bought my Versa in for a scheduled oil change and told my service advisor that the transmission had been causing the car to shake during acceleratio I bought my Versa in for a scheduled oil change and told my service advisor that the transmission had been causing the car to shake during acceleration. He said that I needed to leave the car for diagnostics and arranged for me to get a loaner vehicle. The next day he called me and informed me that it was a defective part inside the transmission and that the part was on order and that I could keep the loaner vehicle until my vehicle was ready. Several days later I was called and informed that my vehicle was ready and that everything was covered by the warranty and there was no charge. More

Poor customer service Temecula Nissan has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff is only focused on securing a deal and once they got their deal they Temecula Nissan has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I consistently have a poor experience at this location and the men they have working there are disrespectful and arrogant with poor customer service.
