My experience with Alex as an advisor was terrific. I brought in a 12 year old Nissan for a specific repair as well as deferred routine maintenance. In this economy, that is a great feeling. I also want to thank the service technicians who worked on the car. I met with Jesse who was great to work with, as he took the time with me to listen to the problem and to figure out what was going on. I am sure there were others, too. We are the first and only owners of the car. It has been and continues to be a great vehicle. As it ages and we think about replacing it, it is the experience at the service department at Temecula Nissan that makes us inclined to buy another Nissan.
