Go to Temecula Nissan if you want to waste all day waiting Worst service ever because it takes 3 hours to change the oil in my car. This is every time o have gone there. The only reason I came here is because I no longer live close to Mossy Nissan where they never took more than 45 minutes, ever. You need more finance people to wrap up cars. You have 20 sales people one only one or two if your lucky to do paperwork That is management s fault not the sales staff. Went to Ford and Toyota and was in and out with purchasing cars So I would not get another Nissan because my time is valuable and ridiculous wait to do paperwork. More

Still waiting to resolve all of the issues but no one is helping and all I hear is the CarFax was clean on the car. More
