Excellent Customer Service I recently brought my son’s 2014 Infiniti Q60 in for service. It needed some routine services and there was an annoying rattle coming from the exhaust I recently brought my son’s 2014 Infiniti Q60 in for service. It needed some routine services and there was an annoying rattle coming from the exhaust area. I had never been to Temecula Nissan before and had the pleasure of dealing with Alex Campagna. Alex was extremely professional, helpful and went above and beyond to get my son’s car properly serviced. Alex kept me updated daily on the progress of the work being done. I was very impressed with his tenacity with finding the annoying rattling sound and making sure it was fixed. And, this was all done at a reasonable price. With customer service being a dying art these days, this was a truly awesome experience. Thank you. More

Paid 1000 for detail and finished touch After 3 days of having my car got it back worse that what I dropped off. This sucks If dealer makes promise keep it don't charge 1000 and say thats the best it's going to get (Chris sales manager) I could have got a better detail from a car wash for 50 bucks. More
