Sales representative was a little rude. Made us to feel we were an inconvenience and didn’t note requests correctly. Didn’t repair all that was requested, though it was confirmed otherwise. When I picked up my vehicle, was told to come back tomorrow (Sunday), but they didn’t tell me they were actually closed Sunday and now I have to make more time to come back, yet again, when it should have been addressed initially - as I was told it was complete, and charged. I understand mistakes happen, but to be made out to feel like an inconvenience on top of poor service is irritating. More

I was helped by Mr. Deleon upon arrival. He was pleasant and through. He called me when the car was ready. When I returned, he was unable for checkout. I like that I could pay “upstairs” now.
