Tim Nelson said my 370 Z needed a new onboard computer for 4K and 2K of labor and said the warranty company declined to pay. The warranty company never talked to anyone at Nissan Temecula and after waiti for 4K and 2K of labor and said the warranty company declined to pay. Alex in the service department was nice but not a good experience for me. I waited 5 hours total for them to change two tires. I always had to see what was going on with the car. No updates unless I checked to see what was going on myself. I had to pay for the two tires and I just bought the car sat. I did get the price reduced thanks to Cierra that helped as much as she could. I asked to speak to the used car manager and he never made a attempt to talk to me at all. That shows how much he cares about his customers. I asked more then one employee to find him for me and was told he will come and talk to me and out of that 5 hours I had to wait he never bothered talking to me. I was very disappointed but to darn tired to try to find him when my car was finally done. First of all I just bought the car I should not have to pay for two bad tires for only having the car for two days and I told them I felt something was wrong with the car when we drove it and they said don’t worry bring it in Monday and they will take care of it. I feel it was just a way to get money out of me. Not good customer service at all!! I should not have to pay for those tires at all. I get a used car from the dealership thinking I can trust that nothing should be wrong with it because they test drive it and make sure the car is in good shape before they sell it well I guess not this place! Bad experience! More

This dealership is bad business. Please save yourself from the headache (literally). The schemes and luring to get you to the lot is bad but they add horrible customer service on top of it. They sold me a car that smells like a morgue on wheels. Masked the smell to get it off their lot. The smell is so bad that you have to ride with the windows down, otherwise you will get a headache. Delivered the car to our house at night with 3 nicks in the windshield that was visible only in the daylight and will not take fault or replace it. When asked if they would do the same to their own family....crickets. Do not spend your hard earned money at this lot that is under the leadership of Jacob Little - General Manager, Christopher Navarrete - Pre-owned vehicle sales manager. The company has so many complaints that BBB cannot keep up. More
