After various and many issues with the pervious owners of this VW dealership, it was a great surprise to have an new and so what I though changes were coming; this morning Tuesday May 29, 12 experience was v this VW dealership, it was a great surprise to have an new and so what I though changes were coming; this morning Tuesday May 29, 12 experience was very annoying and frustrating. My car was in need of service so on my call to the dealership on 5/23 the service personal took my information but never advised me that I had to inquire about tires in stock or if pre-order them. In my opinion the service personal should have informed me of this or gave me a heads up or contact someone in the service department to inquire about the tires and whether or not they were in stock. Then after giving my list of other items she asked if I will need a ride to work, or train station etc, I said I would like a drive to work, but this morning I was told "oh we dont offer rides or courtsey rides". If this was the case I would have made other arrangements for transport. This has turned my feelings once again reminding me of my past experience owners. NOT PLEASED AT ALL!!!! More

Ray and Eddy were so great!! They were so diligent and helpful, they put me completely at ease with everything that was going on with the car. They were not at all pushy or annoying. I was able to go in, pick a car and thankfully get approved! They worked with me for hours, offering us beverages and making sure that we had eaten.
