Yesterday, on 14/06/2024, I spoke with manager Chesilly to confirm the purchase of the vehicle for a total price of $13,258.25, including taxes, dealer fees, and plates, and scheduled an appointment for 15/06/2024 at 11:00 a.m. I arrived promptly with my partner at 10:45 a.m., but the process stretched on for hours. The salesman, Yeremy Zapata, showed us the vehicle and we took it for a test drive. However, when presented with the final receipt, it amounted to $16,685.77 due to the Lojack insurance they tried to force on us. After refusing the insurance, the manager informed us the actual price was $17,380, offering a series of fluctuating discounts that eventually reached $14,988. After a prolonged wait of 4-5 hours, they finally decided they had sold the vehicle to someone else and could not honor the originally agreed-upon price. This experience, which spanned almost the entire day and left me without food and with chest pain, made me feel discriminated against and disrespected as a consumer.
