"Mechanic" left a half tight quart of oil in my car. It all leaked out soaking the carpet so bad that it leaked out the bottom of the car leaving a puddle of oil on my brand new untreated garage floor. Service manager was rude and refused to replace my carpet and gave some lame excuse how it's my fault because I provided my own oil among other lame excuses. Said he could pressure wash it. FOH. I will never bring my car back and I will advise the entire local Z and G community not to as well. More
Got my car, 2/20/21. I thought my loan was with TVA turns out after 2 months, when I went in to pay, I found out I was turned down. Ted Russell Nissan repoed my car, after I called them and told them TVA cou out after 2 months, when I went in to pay, I found out I was turned down. Ted Russell Nissan repoed my car, after I called them and told them TVA couldn't find my loan. Then made me pay $500.00 plus a tow fee for their mess up. If I walked away I would have to let them keep my $3300.00. Thank goodness for another finance company who helped me out. Please don't buy a car from them you will regret it. They will rip you off.!!!!! More
Service was terrible! I had a battery that was dead after 39 months and they did replace it at a 50% cost, however they charged me $78 and the new battery on Nissan parts was $130.....not sure how $78 is hal 39 months and they did replace it at a 50% cost, however they charged me $78 and the new battery on Nissan parts was $130.....not sure how $78 is half of $130......but whatever. I happened to look at the battery they put in my car......it wasn’t the same Nissan battery that came out of he car. When I confronted the service guy, he stated that they put in the battery that the manufacturer suggested. I asked why he didn’t tell me that it wasn’t the same battery and he told me that the other Nissan dealer put in the wrong battery in the past and if I wanted the wrong battery in my vehicle, he would be happy to put the wrong battery in my vehicle and was very rude when he said that! They also replaced the air filter and cabin air filter but I’m afraid to look because I don’t trust them anymore. They definitely lost a paying customer and I have spent a lot of money there. I can’t wait to tell everyone I know to stay away. I would drive 100 more mikes one way to never see that place again!!! I wish these reviews had negative stars. More

Three strikes. My daughter was treated with disrespect and was demeaned during her visits to this dealership. I personally found the dealership to be less than truthful and uninterested in correcting wha and was demeaned during her visits to this dealership. If you want to lower your credit score then go here. I had my car service less than a month ago... they wash my car but a couple of days later my daughter noticed my headlight and asked me about the headlight. The service manager wouldn’t allow me talk, he keep cutting me short telling me that it was wax on my car in which he could tell that my car had not had a wax job. Then he proceeds to tell me it looks like it’s a uv damage that they can replace my light for $49.95 ... The whole issue was that I wanted to get the issue resolved, I wasn’t trying to get anything for FREE. They do all the maintenance to my car but because someone screwed up they wanted me to pay... SERVICE MANAGER HAVE BETTER LISTENING SKILL to help your paying customers!! I don’t want anything for free just resolved a complaint or a problem... More

Car keeps going to idle when driving Hi I sent my car in for the second time for you to try and tell me why it is doing this, they did a second diagnostic test and charged me a second tim Hi I sent my car in for the second time for you to try and tell me why it is doing this, they did a second diagnostic test and charged me a second time to, 12/05/18 16055493/2 and 02/09/19 16058351/1 they rattled off a bunch of codes from the transmission and said it would cost me $4000.00, they did not give any other suggestions, i can not believe that it is only the transmission,the fist time they changed the tran lines topped the oil drove it and said it was fine, then this time i was told it had the wrong oil, this is my sons car and has not got much of an income, and the first time I took it in they put a new battery in, and when we picked it up they had to jump it off when we got home I had to replace it, so I am little upset. and will have a hard time recommending you. Wonderful help I would like to thank Charlie in the Service Dept . I came in not knowing what had happened to my side panel attached to the bumper. Charlie had my car looked at and they fixed the problem quickly and also washed my car. They were able to tell me what had happened and what I would eventually have to do.
