I bought tires from them, had a flat. They told me unrepairable, so I asked for a price of a new set. Not in stock I said I wouldx wait. Went to get fuel and noticed my bad tire was thrown in the back of my pathfinder, and onto my set of golf clubs. I returned to dealership asking for a manager. 2 people approached asking how they can gelp, I showed them and 1 of them said I can't do anything about it but get on the tech. Then he handed me his business card and said I would get a free oil change with his card. I left there very displeased. More
I'll have to say the service department has redeemed itself! I posted a couple weeks ago that I was having a problem with the window switch, I thought! They have replaced a part at the window, a rubber itself! I posted a couple weeks ago that I was having a problem with the window switch, I thought! Went for an oil change and tire rotation. Pricing seemed reasonable. When they got done thet were charging almost $20 for shop supplies. When this is bought in bulk that's a LOT of supplies. I went for genuine Nissan service on my 21 Titan Platinum Reserve. Really? They washed it, removed the antenna- didn't put it back on and left the passenger mirror turned backwards Service my a##. Fixed on strut mount bearing , they said the other messed up HOWEVER, changed the one supposedly messed up and the one they replaced earlier, 741.00 later??? What the heck! Lift gate of all things NOT COVERED IN THE WARRANTY….GO FIGURE!!!! I cannot wait to get rid of the piece of junk I bought from a den of liars. I wouldn’t get a car from them if they gave it to me. If you buy a car here be prepared to have horrible service from idiots all around….and take lots of lube. You will need it. Never been so screwed by car dealership. The worst experience ever!!!!!!!! Word of mouth goes a long way I just wish I would have read the reviews first!!!!! More
"Mechanic" left a half tight quart of oil in my car. It all leaked out soaking the carpet so bad that it leaked out the bottom of the car leaving a puddle of oil on my brand new untreated garage floor. Service manager was rude and refused to replace my carpet and gave some lame excuse how it's my fault because I provided my own oil among other lame excuses. Said he could pressure wash it. FOH. I will never bring my car back and I will advise the entire local Z and G community not to as well. More
Got my car, 2/20/21. I thought my loan was with TVA turns out after 2 months, when I went in to pay, I found out I was turned down. If I walked away I would have to let them keep my $3300.00. Thank goodness for another finance company who helped me out. Please don't buy a car from them you will regret it. They will rip you off.!!!!! More
Service was terrible! I had a battery that was dead after 39 months and they did replace it at a 50% cost, however they charged me $78 and the new battery on Nissan parts was $130.....not sure how $78 is hal 39 months and they did replace it at a 50% cost, however they charged me $78 and the new battery on Nissan parts was $130.....not sure how $78 is half of $130......but whatever. I happened to look at the battery they put in my car......it wasn’t the same Nissan battery that came out of he car. When I confronted the service guy, he stated that they put in the battery that the manufacturer suggested. I asked why he didn’t tell me that it wasn’t the same battery and he told me that the other Nissan dealer put in the wrong battery in the past and if I wanted the wrong battery in my vehicle, he would be happy to put the wrong battery in my vehicle and was very rude when he said that! They also replaced the air filter and cabin air filter but I’m afraid to look because I don’t trust them anymore. They definitely lost a paying customer and I have spent a lot of money there. I can’t wait to tell everyone I know to stay away. I would drive 100 more mikes one way to never see that place again!!! I wish these reviews had negative stars. More

Three strikes. My daughter was treated with disrespect and was demeaned during her visits to this dealership.
