Horrendous I went yesterday to their dealership. I told the sales man that I would be in the market very soon for a brand new car and I had a couple cars that I I went yesterday to their dealership. I told the sales man that I would be in the market very soon for a brand new car and I had a couple cars that I wanted to checkout and possibly test drive. I also let him know I WAS NOT BUYING TODAY. He then proceeded to tell me that they were very busy and he couldn't help me today,since he was helping a lot of people buy cars today, he said to try back Monday, the way he said it came off very rudely, and there was only 3 customers in the entire lot, I would have been fine waiting for about an hour or so, I drove 25 miles to go to that exact dealership and it would have been my first car that I would have bought from an actual dealership. Do not ever go there at all as they will just turn you away if your not buying on that exact day. They made my decision for me and I will not be getting a Nissan nor going through anything owned from Ted Russel, I will probably end up going through Rice Buick, GMC. I would give zero stars if I had the option. More

Inability to process a simple parts return I ordered a replacement wheel for my wife's 2012 Nissan Maxima through the parts department but we traded the car before the new wheel was taken out o I ordered a replacement wheel for my wife's 2012 Nissan Maxima through the parts department but we traded the car before the new wheel was taken out of the box. I returned the wheel in it's original box on March 31st and was told that they would have to send me a check. I called on Friday, April 7th because I had not received my refund. I spoke with Josh in parts who told me that there was some confusion because the part had been ordered under Parkside KIA but the only records they had indicated that I had paid for the wheel with a personal check and he had been attempting to contact me but he had written my phone number down wrong. He again stated that they would process the return and send me a check. Today, April 15th, I called back because I still have not received the check. Again, I spoke with Josh who told me they were having problems processing the returned because the wheel was ordered under Patrkside KIA but was paid by personal check. This seems like a pretty simple matter to process the return and get me what is owed to me but the staff at Ted Russel Nissan appear to be incapable of the simplest of tasks. If this matter is not resolved quickly, I will not be doing ANY further business with any Ted Russell dealerships! I do not recommend anyone doing business with this dealership. More

I completed the survey very truthfully; however, it was very negative. A couple days later Gerald called, verbally attacking me on several levels because of the review. Not only did Shane & Gerald demonstrate dishonest, deceitful, disrespectful and inconsiderate behavior toward us as customers, it was carried further with Gerald's phone harassment. I explained to Gerald if they expected glowing reviews they should clean up their sales/work ethics or be more selective as to whom they send such surveys. As one can tell from reading the majority of posted reviews, the type of poor professional behavior this dealership demonstrates will always come back to bite them in the rear. I urge all perspective buyers to thoroughly research the dealership and it's practices as much as they do the vehicle. My major concern now is; how will we be received by the dealership IF or WHEN we have to use the $2,400, 6 year, bumper to bumper warranty that we unknowingly purchased. More
Disapointed I stopped at this Nissan Dealership due to a sign that was seen from the interstate. They were doing the ( if it drives it is worth 5.500.00). This is so not a good deal because I had looked at the same Rogue at the Nissan Dealership in Cookville and this Nissan in Knoxville had jacked up their prices by 3 to 4 thousand dollars. And after telling them the only deal I would be willing to do, they kept pushing and pushing for me to do something total different. Well If you want a Nissan and want to work with someone that is willing to go that extra mile to help you check out the Cookville Nissan. The guy I have been working with has been awesome. More
