Worst Customer Service for such a Great Brand! We bought 2013 Nissan Pathfinder from Ted Russell. Sales Rep keep calling us to leave 10/10 review. However, where certain sale issues were not resol We bought 2013 Nissan Pathfinder from Ted Russell. Sales Rep keep calling us to leave 10/10 review. However, where certain sale issues were not resolved to our satisfaction, we reviewed with less than 9/10 review. Since then, the customer service and service department there had been horrible with us even for factory recalls, pre-paid oil-change appointments. For couple of service issues such as tires, visor and rubber moulding Ted Russel gave us quotes that are hundreds of $$$ higher than their competition just to deter us from coming there. The dealership advertises a replacement vehicle if you set up factory-recommended Warranty, but when you go there- "we do not have loaner vehicles today," which is almost everyday response. From their Sales reps to service managers, we have had horrible, rude and very un-professional experience. It is as if they forgot to smile the moment after you closed the deal. While you are making the deal, they offer you snacks and coffee, and make you comfortable but as soon as you bought the vehicle, their unprofessionalism is clearly palpable in their attitude and rudest customer service. Even Nissan recommended us to go to their competitor for future services and transferred our paid warranty to this other dealership. And we have had great experience at this other dealership- from free car wash to loaner vehicle for any service needing more than 2 hours. I will never do business with Ted Russell. I will encourage you do your homework before you go to Ted Russell. Call Nissan and ask them for the ratings of customer service. Do not let the perk based customer reviews on Google fool you! If anyone needs proofs of allegations I made, I can send them my receipts. More

Very Poor Service I bought my car from them in February of 2015 and in September of last year (2017) someone ran a red light and my car was totaled. I had purchased a 5 I bought my car from them in February of 2015 and in September of last year (2017) someone ran a red light and my car was totaled. I had purchased a 5 year extended warranty when I bought my car and only had it for a little over 2 years so I have almost 2.5 year left on my warranty which I should be refunded for. After everything went through with my insurance and loan company (in December) I went and brought the paper work that was needed and got a confirmation saying I would receive my refund in 30-90 days. I never received it, called and left numerous messages and never got a call back, finally 3 weeks ago (in APRIL) was able to get a hold of someone and they said they didn't know why it wasn't sent, resubmitted it and would be here in 10-14 days. STILL didn't receive it. Called back and they have no idea what is going on. First they say it's supposed to go to the loan company, no...I brought you the paper saying it was paid off. Then they said Oh! It's sitting right here waiting to be mailed out we just need the paperwork saying it's paid and car was totaled. NO...I BROUGHT IT IN DECEMBER. I have been getting good the run around for MONTHS and they will not send the money that they owe me and no one seems to know what they are doing. More

Bad Business Manager Bad business practices!! The salesperson I worked with (DAVE SUTTON) was very professional and courteous. A very relaxing experience, which was not ex Bad business practices!! He came up with a deal we could agree on after some healthy haggling. The sales manager signed off on the deal and my wife and I took the deal sheet home to discuss it. I called back to tell Dave let's do the deal, gave him my credit card number for a $500 deposit to hold the car. We established a time to come to the dealership with a cashier's check for the full amount. I received a text later stating another sales manager (GARY NOLAN) didn't like the deal, overrode the signing sales manager and reneged on the deal after money hand been exchanged. I tried to call to talk to (GARY NOLAN), was put on hold and then hung up on. I called back and (GARY NOLAN) refused to take my call. This is a very unprofessional way to handle customer. If I can prevent one person from buying a car from Ted Russell Nissan, I've accomplished something. Do not bother with these people, they are who you expect car salesmen to be in the worst way. Mr. Sutton was the exception. More

Not what I wanted!!! I walk into the Ted Russell Nissan dealership on Kingston Pike in Knoxville, TN with a pre-approval via a Diamond Dealership Partnership between this I walk into the Ted Russell Nissan dealership on Kingston Pike in Knoxville, TN with a pre-approval via a Diamond Dealership Partnership between this dealership & Capital One. Both Maria Yanni & Austin (in finance) knew I was not at all happy with what I was signing paperwork for. When I attempted to return the vehicle the very next morning to get the vehicle I really wanted, I was told tha t I signed the paperwork, therefore I was stuck with it. Ms. Yanni said "We're not Walmart and don't just turn around and let you bring it right back if you're not happy with it." I have since spoken to Capital One (my finance company) and was told that the dealership could've easily taken t he vehicle back the next morning and could've switched the paperwork/contract to a different vehicle, if they weren't trying to just go for another sale on their record. There was a lot of attitude from Maria Yanni during my ordeal too, especially when she found out I was looking for a different dealership to trade this Nissan in to so that I could be happy with z major purchase that I am stuck making payments on for the next 6 years!! Not happy at azll and I tell everyone what they did. More

I was truly surprised at how every individual was treating me, even the ones who weren’t my salesperson. Charlie Hardwick was the greatest! He was honest, and he worked to give me a deal of a lifetime! I loved this dealership, the customer service, and I love the vehicle! More
