They do lie to you and they never stop. We purchased a 2019 Titan truck and was promised a step to get in the bed of the truck. I had my car service less than a month ago... they wash my car but a couple of days later my daughter noticed my headlight and asked me about the headlight. The service manager wouldn’t allow me talk, he keep cutting me short telling me that it was wax on my car in which he could tell that my car had not had a wax job. Then he proceeds to tell me it looks like it’s a uv damage that they can replace my light for $49.95 ... The whole issue was that I wanted to get the issue resolved, I wasn’t trying to get anything for FREE. They do all the maintenance to my car but because someone screwed up they wanted me to pay... SERVICE MANAGER HAVE BETTER LISTENING SKILL to help your paying customers!! I don’t want anything for free just resolved a complaint or a problem... More

Car keeps going to idle when driving Hi I sent my car in for the second time for you to try and tell me why it is doing this, they did a second diagnostic test and charged me a second tim Hi I sent my car in for the second time for you to try and tell me why it is doing this, they did a second diagnostic test and charged me a second time to, 12/05/18 16055493/2 and 02/09/19 16058351/1 they rattled off a bunch of codes from the transmission and said it would cost me $4000.00, they did not give any other suggestions, i can not believe that it is only the transmission,the fist time they changed the tran lines topped the oil drove it and said it was fine, then this time i was told it had the wrong oil, this is my sons car and has not got much of an income, and the first time I took it in they put a new battery in, and when we picked it up they had to jump it off when we got home I had to replace it, so I am little upset. and will have a hard time recommending you. Service scam Brought my wife’s car in for a oil change. They returned telling me I need to replace the air and cabin filter as they were both in very bad shape. Qu Brought my wife’s car in for a oil change. They returned telling me I need to replace the air and cabin filter as they were both in very bad shape. Quoted me a price and I left. Went home to check the filters and as I expected they are new and in great shape. Both filters were still white and looked brand new. I called and spoke to Charles who tried to tell me I was looking at the wrong filters. I will never bring her suv or mine to them ever again. Asked for the customer service hotline number and he didn’t have one for me. Poor service. More
