I purchased and 2012 titan from ted Russell in november 2012. After price of fuel was on the rise, I decided to trade on a new 2013 pathfinder. I am REALLY impressed with the level of customer service I received at Ted Russell Nissan! On 3/9/13, I purchased a metallic blue 2013 Nissan Sentra from Keith Seay. Within a minute of stepping out of my car, he was at my side asking how he could help me. I told him I was looking for a vehicle with good gas mileage and one that was more dependable. After asking a few questions, we took two test drives on two different vehicles. After realizing I really liked the metallic blue, he took me inside to start the whole process. He entered all my information in the computer and gave everything to Anita. While we were waiting (which wasn't too long), he asked a few more questions and just really made sure I was getting into the vehicle I wanted. When I sat down with Anita, I was impressed by how personable & professional she is. She made the most nerve-wracking part of the deal a very pleasant experience. I laughed and joked with her as I was signing my paperwork!! When we were done signing, I sat down with Daniel Lee. He went over every little detail of the car to make sure I knew how to operate it before I left the lot. When it came time for him to give me the keys, he asked what I thought....and all I could say is "I'm just.....WOW!!!!!" So, a HUGE thank you to Keith Seay for being SO thorough and helping me clean out my old car (THAT was a chore...and I really appreciated it!), another BIG thank you to Anita Humphreys for getting me through the worst part as quickly as possible, and a last BIG thank you to Daniel Lee for being patient with me and being so funny also!! You all made my first new car buying experience one to remember :) More

Sales were very friendly and helpful. They showed me all the cars on the lot. Problem was I couldn't make my decision which one to purchase. I started off with a hail damaged Altima, then a new Altima, a the cars on the lot. Problem was I couldn't make my decision which one to purchase. I started off with a hail damaged Altima, then a new Altima, a new Juke and finally a new Maxima. They helped me find the car I really wanted which was the Maxima. I went there to purchase a Altima but left with a Maxima, for this I am so pleased with the purchase because this is what I really wanted - cause they showed me everything and took their time with me on deciding. I also believe they gave me a great deal, not only on the car I traded in but also on the Maxima. Customer service was great. As soon as I got out of the car there were sales there to welcome me, each time I came. This says something about the dealership and I spend my money on services and staff like this. More
I have bought 4 Nissan's here since 2006 when I purchased a Titan and now I have 2 new vehicles a Maxima and Altima. They have always gone out of there way to provide me with the best service and pricing I c a Titan and now I have 2 new vehicles a Maxima and Altima. I purchased a new Maxima and this is my 3rd new car that I have purchased from Ted Russell Nissan. I have always felt like Travis Owens is more willing to deal with me than anyone at the other Nissan dealer I have purchased from Ted Russell Nissan. I have peeling paint on the roof of my 2008, 22k mile Nissan Pathfinder. Despite the counsel of other dealerships who confirm the defect, Neal and his staff will not even submit this situation for review Nissan Pathfinder. When I asked what he thought would cause this...he said carwash or I've run a box cutter along the roof. When I told him how absurd this is, he hung up on me. I called back and he hung up on me again. These guys do not care and do not want to deal with any problems... Don't go there. More
