His manager drove my trade-in and he put more in my vehicle than any of the other dealerships I had shopped at. Plus he actually came over to me and set down and told me a little history about Nissan and his experiences working for Ted Russell. I find it important when the manager of the dealership gets involved. The staff at Ted Russell Nissan really care about making a great deal for a customer and care about your service needs after selling you a vehicle. I would highly recommend if you live in Knoxville you must go to see Tommy to deal on a vehicle because he made the whole experience so much fun. More
