The staff were remarkably customer oriented. I bought my first new truck here 7 years ago and was bring it in for service. I had no intentions of purchasing a new vehicle, when I saw the 2012 Xterra. Mr. Austin Hill was the first one to offer hel bring it in for service. I had no intentions of purchasing a new vehicle, when I saw the 2012 Xterra. Mr. Austin Hill was the first one to offer help and we assured him we were just looking. He wasnt pushy or overbearing and was very knowledgeable of the vehicle. It was very intriguing but I really didnt want a new SUV. Aunstin was very helpful and didnt try and force us, just gave us a card and thanked us for coming. The next day we showed up to purchase the SUV even tho Aunstin was busy he introduced us to Mr. Emmanuel Fredderick, who also was very knowledgeable of the Xterra. He listened to what we had to say and really cared about what we wanted. Emmanuel and Aunstin worked very well together in trying to make sure we were comfortable while we waited. The teamwork was very impressive. I am very pleased with the work and dedication both guys had in helping me purchase my new Xterra. We were greeted upon arrival on the lot by the salesmen. (It was a sunny day) The salesman met our needs and was very cooperative--pulling the two vehichles we test drove from the showroom. I brought my 2004 Altima into the service department at Ted Russell Nissan because of a major electrical problem. Shannon in service was very helpful and honest in evaluating the problem and estimating re Ted Russell Nissan because of a major electrical problem. While waiting on the repair estimate, I began talking with Mehmet about possibly buying another vehicle. Mehmet was very patient and helpful and talked me through various options. I decided to purchase a new 2013 Altima. Anita then helped me through the financing process and was again very straight forward and gave me an honest break down of my options. After completing the paperwork Tracy took me out to my new vehicle and went through the operating features. Throughout the usually stressful process of buying a new car, the Ted Russell team did their best to make me feel relaxed, non-pressured, and truly seemed anxious to help me make the best decisions. This was the first vehicle I purchased from the Ted Russell family of dealerships, but it certainly won't be the last.
