I brought my 2004 Altima into the service department at Ted Russell Nissan because of a major electrical problem. I decided to purchase a new 2013 Altima. Anita then helped me through the financing process and was again very straight forward and gave me an honest break down of my options. After completing the paperwork Tracy took me out to my new vehicle and went through the operating features. Throughout the usually stressful process of buying a new car, the Ted Russell team did their best to make me feel relaxed, non-pressured, and truly seemed anxious to help me make the best decisions.
