Today I got a call from the dealership checking to see if I was still happy with my purchase and to remind me of my free oil change and that everyone at the dealership was there to help with any question or problem that may arise. This has been a great expreience. Again thank you to Leah, Gerald, Anita, and Daniel for walking me through the purchase of my new Juke! Anita...you are a miracle worker, and I appreciate you so much for all your help and guidance...Leah, thank you for never being pushy...and for being so gracious, she only asked me what I wanted...and if there was anything that I just couldnt live without...and she found it very fast! I got everything I wanted and many bonuses. Do you know why this dealership got my business? As far as I am concerned, this is a first class dealership.They certainly know how to hire their staff! It was evident the staff here truly cares about the customer. It is not just about the sale, their commission. This is refreshing as other dealership salesmen showed me it was all about the sale and their commission. They were pushy and oftentimes less than honest. Not so with the Ted Russell Nissan staff. They were amazing. Justin Verno worked with me on the purchase of my car. He went above and beyond anything I had experienced with other salesmen. He took time to lift the hood and explain things to me I had not previously learned. He seemed to care that I understood what a great car I would be getting and even said if this isn't the one for you then we can look at...He was not pushy and I never felt like he was only in it for his commission. He worked with me on my offer and wanted me to be happy with my purchase. Then there was Anita Humphreys who completed my paperwork and spoke with me about an extended warranty. She is a gem as well. She is very personable and seems to care greatly about customer satisfaction. Daniel Lee was responsible for educating me about my new car. I hope this dealership knows what an asset he is to them. He went to great lengths to educate me on my new car. In addition he was very personable and once again cared about my satisfaction with my new car. Kudos to Ted Russell for his great staff! I had a great experience. I was greated as I parked and was immeditley was after hearing about what I was looking for Mike took me to three vechiles. One was a used toyota not interested, one was a 2011 Frontier possible, and then a very nice 2013 Frontier. All of these vechiles had one thing in common, they were 4x4. After getting my information Mike explained that the trucks I was looking at wouldn't meet my budget. Mike then walked me to another Frontier upon seeing it I knew this was the one. Well to shorten this review, I drove off with a new 2013 Frontier and couldn't be more happier. I would send friends and family to this dealership. Thanks Mike More
The people we dealt with at Ted Russell all did well by us. Austin Hill listened to my wife's requirements and showed her the vehicle that met them. I purchased a 2011 BMW 550i from Ted Russell Nissan on June 7, 2013. Eric Perkins was the salesperson. There was only one key and no owner’s manual with the vehicle. He said he had not been able to reach the person at Ted Russell Ford to locate the items, but would that day and call me back immediately. Friday, June 14 – I called back and spoke with Gary Nolan, who had helped facilitate the sale. He promised to have Eric get back in touch with me no later than the following Monday. Tuesday, June 25 – Having not heard back, I called again for Gary, who was on vacation. I ended up speaking for the third time with Eric. He said they were unable to find the items, but that he would call me back with the name of the original owner. That was two weeks ago, and still not word. Not being able to find the items would be unfortunate, but to not respond to four calls is just bad service. I have purchased vehicles within the past four years from Harpers, Grayson, USI Motors and Twin City GMC and had great experiences with each. The sales experience at Ted Russell was less than stellar, but the lack of service after the sell will prevent me for ever buying a car there again. More

While I was workig up the deal ( RJ gave me a good price I was happy with ) with Anita ( she was also very easy to work with), he had the car washed for me. When we signed all the papers, my hushand and I drove off very happy with our new car. When my new tag came in, RJ even brought it to me. This was the easiest I have ever bought a car. I have told everyone I could about what a great experience I had with RJ and have recommended him to friends. More
I have purchased many new vehicles and this was the easiest deal I have ever made with a car dealer. We were not looking forward to the prospect of buying a new car, and after visiting a Kia dealer do easiest deal I have ever made with a car dealer. We were not looking forward to the prospect of buying a new car, and after visiting a Kia dealer down the street and being shown every vehicle but the one we were looking for, it was refreshing to pull in to the Nissan dealership and encounter Taylor. There was no pressure, she listened to us and once we made the decision to purchase a vehicle, the deal went smoothly. There was no haggling on our trade-in or the price of the vehicle - just an overall positive experience. Oh, and we love our new Rogue! More
