I purchased a car tonight from Ted Russell Nissan with the help of Brian, Shane, and Greg. All three were hilarious, engaging, kind, and straight shooters. I have previously had bad experiences with purchasing cars and was really hesitant. Brian really put me at ease and built trust with me. Once I got to the dealership, everything was seamless. By the end of my experience, I left with a car I love and trust in Ted Russell Nissan and its employees. I’m not one to write reviews but my experience tonight was superb. You can trust Ted Russell Nissan and expect great customer service. I most certainly will be using them in the future. More
I'll have to say the service department has redeemed itself! I posted a couple weeks ago that I was having a problem with the window switch, I thought! They have replaced a part at the window, a rubber itself! I posted a couple weeks ago that I was having a problem with the window switch, I thought! AFTER i sent in my survey saying I was completely satisfied I got a call saying they had made a mistake on my deal. It is my fault for not handing them the keys but when i told them I didnt have 300 satisfied I got a call saying they had made a mistake on my deal. It is my fault for not handing them the keys but when i told them I didnt have 3000 MORE to put down on the car they arranged a 3000 credit limit credit card through Capital one and ran the card for the 3000. They did a similar thing to my son only he stood his ground with them and they 'rewrote' his deal but he later found out they pushed through the higher loan. A good atty needs to get ahold of them! Went for an oil change and tire rotation. Pricing seemed reasonable. When they got done thet were charging almost $20 for shop supplies. When this is bought in bulk that's a LOT of supplies. I went for genuine Nissan service on my 21 Titan Platinum Reserve. Really? They washed it, removed the antenna- didn't put it back on and left the passenger mirror turned backwards Service my a##. Fixed on strut mount bearing , they said the other messed up HOWEVER, changed the one supposedly messed up and the one they replaced earlier, 741.00 later??? What the heck! Lift gate of all things NOT COVERED IN THE WARRANTY….GO FIGURE!!!! I cannot wait to get rid of the piece of junk I bought from a den of liars. I wouldn’t get a car from them if they gave it to me. If you buy a car here be prepared to have horrible service from idiots all around….and take lots of lube. You will need it. Never been so screwed by car dealership. The worst experience ever!!!!!!!! Word of mouth goes a long way I just wish I would have read the reviews first!!!!! More
"Mechanic" left a half tight quart of oil in my car. It all leaked out soaking the carpet so bad that it leaked out the bottom of the car leaving a puddle of oil on my brand new untreated garage floor. Service manager was rude and refused to replace my carpet and gave some lame excuse how it's my fault because I provided my own oil among other lame excuses. Said he could pressure wash it. FOH. I will never bring my car back and I will advise the entire local Z and G community not to as well. More
I was supposed to get an autoworker discount but 2 days after I thought we'd done the final deal they called & said they'd made a $2400 math mistake figuring my discount. Shop there at your own risk!! More
