I have purchased 3 vehicles from Ted Russell and we have had a great experience every time. I hate that anyone can bad mouth a reputible company but no one ever takes the time to praise one. Just absolutely the worst dealer I have ever seen. They do not stand behind their products. Purchased a used vehicle from them. The service manager said he would put me in contact with the regional Ford re do not stand behind their products. Purchased a used vehicle from them. I purchased a 03 Ford Ranger at a reasonable price and paid cash for it. The salesman is very cooperative and friendly while the deal is going on. Once you have purchased a vehicle from Ted Russell you do not need to call the salesperson, manager, nor anyone associated with Ted Russell. We average buying a vehicle at least every 24 months. We will not return to Ted Russell nor will we recommened Ted Russell to anyone just because of the simple cost of one key. The 03 Ford Ranger only had one key and it being a programable key Ted Russell wanted over a hundred dollars for an additional key which we were told the extra key was there but they did not know where it was at. We have made numerous calls to the sales person and to the management our calls are not returned we leave messages and no one returns the call. My last call was to the service department asking what it would cost to program a key if I have the key his reply was $120.00 unless the salesperson (Jason Davis) would want to cut us a deal it was his call. I called him and again left a message about this and got no reply. So if they will act this way over one little key what would they do to you if you really had a problem. Theres too many Ford stores to put up with service like this. My advice find another Ford dealer. More
My wife recently purchased new car from this dealership. Called back 7/312/2006- couldn't "reach" him; he NEVER returned my calls. I called back to tell him that I found out I was WRONG about not getting the correct discount. Bottom line I believe this dealership took advantage of my wife; she had an "offer" from another dealer (which Ted Russell employees kept) and was assured she would get a "better deal". This better deal cost us an over $2000.00 more. I would NEVER use their services for ANY reason. More
