Received what was asked I went in for a Ford fusion works service. Oil change took an hour and car was returned as I left it. Car wash didn't work but it was raining that day I went in for a Ford fusion works service. Oil change took an hour and car was returned as I left it. Car wash didn't work but it was raining that day. Although it may seem that I am not thrilled, I am happy that I went in for a service, it was performed, and I left with the same car. Horrible I have tried three times to schedule service at this dealership. Nobody ever calls you back, and the one time I went in to the service office, it see I have tried three times to schedule service at this dealership. Nobody ever calls you back, and the one time I went in to the service office, it seemed like they were to busy with discussing football to be bothered to even look over and ask me if I needed anything. When they finally did, I got a rather curt answer to my question. I did not feel welcome there at all. I have ended up at another dealership twice and since they have not called me back in several weeks now, I think I'll take my recall service I currently need somewhere else too. At this point I wouldn't trust them to fix a bicycle. Tried to give zero stars, but couldn't. More

A service representative (dont know his name) came to me while I was waiting and explained I needed the engine & cabin filters replaced. He explained the cost of each. Gave him the goahead as I knew the engine air filter was 5yr/30K miles, perfect timing. Nice touch- with the service person explaining the cost & need for the filters. More
