Great Customer Service I made the appointment online with Ronda. As usual she greeted me with a smile and reassured me this time with my second vehicle it would not take 4 h I made the appointment online with Ronda. As usual she greeted me with a smile and reassured me this time with my second vehicle it would not take 4 hours for an oil change. It did take just under 2 hours this time for the 10,000 mile factory service inspection. It was much quicker than the previous time when I took my Expedition for an oil change and some brake lights to be changed. I must say the customer Service I receive from Ronda is always exceptional. She takes the time to tell each customer what’s going on with their vehicles as if they are the only one there. She treats each customer as an individual and values their business. I understand it’s hard to plan staffing when you allow online appointments, call in appointments, as well as walk-ins and then have technicians who get sick and call in. It’s a juggling act to keep staff numbers in line with cost and still keep the customer happy. I believe Ted Russell Ford is trying to balance this act. It takes time to get it all balanced. As long as you’re trying and treat me well and take these survey’s seriously I will continue to be a Loyal Customer. More
