Great First Car Buying Experience!!!! I recently purchased a new F150 from this dealership and being my first purchase I was a bit nervous, however, everyone at the dealership was great. From the salesman Karwan Zewer to finance and management everyone worked with me to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, but I would definitely recommend it to people buying their first vehicle like myself the individuals at Ted Britt will take the time to work with you and you will have a great experience. Best Buyer Experience Ever I have been shopping for two months for a truck, most dealerships I have visited were either indifferent or misleading. However, once I contacted Ama I have been shopping for two months for a truck, most dealerships I have visited were either indifferent or misleading. However, once I contacted Amara Bunyavong at Ted Britt Ford online my search was over. She quoted me an out the door price, and much difference than other dealers, I received that deal. Once at the dealershipship I was well taken care of by Thomas and Nina Ross, who handled the sale, and also by Jennifer Moccaldi in finance. If you want to purchase a Ford do yourself a favor and go to Ted Britt Ford and see this crew. It was definately worth my drive from Frederick, Maryland. More

Another great experience with Ted Britt Ford! I was helped by Jeff Bird on my first service visit for my Ford Fusion. He was professional, courteous and highly attentive to the details of my vehi I was helped by Jeff Bird on my first service visit for my Ford Fusion. He was professional, courteous and highly attentive to the details of my vehicle, He noticed that my inspection was about to expire (I hadn't noticed it) which saved me the time and trouble of having to come back. The service was quick and I received a $10 rebate on my service which I didn't expect. We have a 6-year history of dealing with Ted Britt Ford in Fairfax and we love coming back. More

Great customer service Purchasing my ne Ford F-150 was a great experience. Gary and Michael helped me through the problems I had with my old car and introduce me to Bernie Purchasing my ne Ford F-150 was a great experience. Gary and Michael helped me through the problems I had with my old car and introduce me to Bernie who helped me find the new car I was looking for. Since I had a F-150 for 15 years, I new pretty much what I wanted and Bernie patiently helped me through the process. We first screened to see it there were anything used and the new but nothing that fit what I wanted. We ended up ordering a new truck with the exact features I wanted. Bernie tracked the car through the assembly and shipping process and then picking it up on the day it arrived. Lisa came in to review some other features including Navigation and Sync. Lisa and Natasha handled the finances and really seemed to want to make sure I got the best price for the car. An overall great experience! More
