This was our 3rd time visiting Ted Britt Ford, prior to purchasing our first vehicle there. Previously, we had met with Dave Hagan, and he's outstanding. He was very knowledgeable of the car's features and a great ambassador for Ted Britt. Lisa Walker the GSM, was very accommodating of our position. Ted Britt didn't have the exact vehicle we wanted, but they found the closest one and made us feel like we werent purchasing something we did not want or fit our budget. In the end we, were able to get a great lease on a great car. The only blemish that I would say in the whole process was the decision to purchase the WearCare protection plan for the vehicle. It was wholly unclear what is and is not covered by this plan, but the staff recommended it for a lease vehicle to reduce the amount of out of pocket expenses at the time of lease conclusion. After all the paper work was signed off, we were helped by Christina with an overview of Sync and MyFord Touch system - Great tech! Lastly, Dave gave us a quick run through and had us on our way. Door to Door about 6 hours to get a great car. Dave also called me the day after, around Noon to check-in. Great touch. Thanks More
My experience with this dealership started went from good to bad to worse... then back to good. I broke it down by each individual that we worked with during the new car purchase: David Black (New Car Sa to bad to worse... then back to good. We had a great experience with David Black... he was very knowledgable about the Ford Fusion Hybrid... very polite, professional, and always wanting to provide that great car buying experience. After sitting with David Black and one of the night sales managers we were able to come to agreeable terms on buying a new car. Josh Estrada (New Car Sales Manager): Grade = F. Received a phone call from Josh the day after making the deal with David Black and the night salesman. I thought he was calling to thank us for our business... but actually the purpose was to RENIG on the deal that was made the night prior with David Black. He said that after reviewing the numbers he did not like the terms of the sale and was going to cancel it. I told him that we had an agreement and that I expected Tedd Britt to honor it... and moved to the General Manager (Lisa Walker). Lisa Walker (General Manager): Grade = B. Passed on our displeasure with Josh and the idea that the deal was cancelled because they did not like the terms. I passed to Lisa that we had an agreement (email, delivery worksheet, and deposit) and expected Ted Britt to follow through with the sale. She stated the same type of info as Josh about the deal being "too good"... and that the night sales manager they had on duty was not qualified to make the decisions he made the night prior. I said its up to Tedd Britt to decide who speaks on there behalf when the "real managers" are away... not my problem. She agreed to look into it and get back to me within a few days. After 4 more days she called and said Tedd Britt would honor the agreement we made the week prior. Claudia Willett (New Car Delivery): Grade = A-. After a month of waiting my new car finally arrived... and David Black called me to setup the delivery. David handed me off to Claudia... and she was very helpful in getting me setup with the vehicle. I was pressed for time and asked for the quick version... which she accommodated: After Delivery: Received a thankyou note from Claudia and David... saying they would help if we needed anything. SUMMARY: I like the car and enjoyed working with David Black. However, I'm not sure I could recommend making a new car deal knowing that Josh Estrada (Sales Manager) was behind the sale... based on my experience I'd always wonder if I was being cheated out of something. More

We had an exceptional purchasing experience at this outstanding dealership. Gardner, Rob, Christine and Lisa were phenomenal and made the experience of buying a car interesting and exciting. They were extremely professional from beginning to end and worked to insure it was a smooth, pleasant experience for my husband and myself. I would recommend this dealership to anyone feeling nervous or anxious about purchasing a car. I trusted these professionals and I knew they were working in my best interest. I was having trouble with my power steering on Friday (1/4). The first dealer I called said they couldn’t look at it until after the weekend so I tried Ted Britt. They told me to bring it right in. They set me up with a loaner car and I was back at my office in no time. A few hours later the service rep (green team) called and explained what was going on with my car. He walked me through my options (both in terms of service and costs) and answered my questions. After telling him what I wanted to do he said I should expect a call from him on Tuesday. I was able to run some errands and enjoy my weekend because I had the loaner. On Tuesday, the rep called and let me know the car would be ready by noon. I swung by the dealership that afternoon, exchanged the loaner for my car, and was back at work shortly thereafter. The price was exactly what he told me it would be and I haven’t had any problems with the car since. The service was excellent and everyone who helped was friendly, informative, and professional. The overall experience was as enjoyable as any unexpended, out-of-pocket expense could be. I will definitely call them again if I have any problems. More
I did some research online prior to going out shopping for vehicles. Ted Britt Ford Chantilly is close to my office but it was the third dealer I visited. My initial search was for a gently used two yr old vehicle but, after little luck in finding the model and mileage that I was looking for. I noticed Ted Britt Chantilly had a few Certified Pre Owned. Not familiar with Ford’s Certified Pre Owned program, I dropped in and walked the lot on a Sunday, reviewed some of the inventory online and then dropped by the next week. Mike Asay showed me a couple of their great looking vehicles and explained the Pre Owned program to me. Mike was professional but laid back. We talked about some of the different models and swapped contact information. I was in no rush and Mike respected that. After returning a couple days later with a price in mind for one of the vehicles my first and second offer wasn’t met. My search took me to three additional dealer lots and a couple online. Mike kept in touch an once again I didn’t feel rushed and after a couple weeks I returned to Ted Britt and realized that they had more of a selection. Dario Beltran and Mike worked with me on getting me into a great vehicle and meeting my price and then some. I am very satisfied with the vehicle and had a very good experience with everyone at Ted Britt, Mike was even willing to assist me over the phone with a computer glitch in the vehicle during my first 600 mile road trip and followed up with me when I returned to the area. I’ve shared my Ted Britt purchase experience with many of my co-workers and neighbors. A couple weeks after my purchase my neighbor also purchase a Ted Britt Ford. Thanks for everything Mike. More

I like dealing with Mike for many reason, one of the most important is that he never pushed or force you to buy something, not like some other dealers that makes you feel like you have too buy the vehicle that moment. Mike knowledge about cars is amazing,he makes you feel comfortable about your purchase. Keep up the good work and making Ted Britt Ford proud. They gave me a wonderful deal on my car and eventually called me back in to let me know that they even got me a lower interest rate so my payment went down! Ryan was extremely helpful and very nice. He was patient with me during my decision making and helped me look for the best insurance provider for me! If I would ever need to purchase a car again, I'd definitely want to go to Ryan!
