Great dealership - I drove up from NC to purchase my 2012 F150 and Mike had the truck ready to go upon my arrival. Mike even assisted me returning the rental car I used to get there so all I had to do 2012 F150 and Mike had the truck ready to go upon my arrival. I happen to be the last customer purchasing a car that day so was there late into the evening. Christina had come over to the desk and was going to go over Sync with me but I needed to further discuss som day so was there late into the evening. I had previously purchased a Ford Focus from this dealer. They were excellent at that time as well. Due to circumstances, I needed to upgrade to a large car, and ended up in a Fusion Hybrid. Mike and Jason were great to work with throughout the process of test driving and negotiating the purchase of my car. I really appreciate their efforts at honoring my request to not haggle over price and process of test driving and negotiating the purchase of my car. I really appreciate their efforts at honoring my request to not haggle over price and I think they did everything within their ability to make me satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend working with them if you are looking for an SUV. Unfortunately, the car I ended up buying did not have all of the features I thought it would because the tow hitch package (that I didn't want) eliminates the foot activated tail gate. It was an honest mistake, but management at the dealership would not support Mike and Jason in rectifying the situation to my satisfaction. I asked to not be charged for the feature I didn't want (MSRP $400 for the tow hitch) and be reimbursed for the feature I thought I was getting (estimated $250 for the foot activated tail gate), but management wouldn't budge. Overall, I love my new car and would work with Mike and Jason again ANYTIME. Its the dealership management that doesn't seem to care about following through on making its customers completely satisfied. More

I am really excited about my new Ford Escape. It is exactly what I needed in terms of a safe, rugged, comfort, and it was a reasonably priced car. David Black was outstanding in helping me to get the exact car I wanted at a reasonable cost. He went over and above in terms of customer service----let me borrow a new loaner in the middle of transaction to take my mom home. He filled my new car with gasoline. I can list a dozen things he did to make the deal completely over the top in terms of outstanding customer service. What I really want to say is, I need to eventually buy my daughter a car, Yikes. I will return to Ted Britt in Chantilly and I will go to David Black because I trust he will act in my behalf to find the best car for the money. More
