Lisa went out of heresy to sell the truck. I called and said I would be there in 30 minutes and only had 45 to get out the door. She made it happen. Was a great experience. Overall my car buying experience was quite good. There were really only 2 things that kept me from saying it was great. But first the positives: 1) The staff was wonderful. Mike was straight-forward were really only 2 things that kept me from saying it was great. But first the positives: 1) The staff was wonderful. Mike was straight-forward, honest, and a nice guy. He helped me over the phone for a couple days before we were ready to come in and buy and was very responsive and helpful. Claudia (customer service) and Leilani (Finance) were the most chipper, bubbly people I have ever met at a dealership and really helped keep our energy up through the process (see below for why this was necessary). All the people we met were fantastic, hence the great ratings for friendliness and customer service. 2) The dealership is very nice, clean, they have some complimentary hot drinks etc. 3) The customer service on the car was great, they took our old plates off for us, put the temps on, even pulled the new car into a covered area so we did not have to get wet from the rain when taking the new car. Now the two things that prevented a "great" overall experience. If my expectations are incorrect here, then take that with a grain of salt as you read this but: 1) It took us 4 hours to buy the car. We were pretty worn down by the end of it. Like I said, Claudia and Lani were so energentic for 8pm that it helped perk us up, but the 4 hours included a lot of waiting for someone to meet us. Once we did get to see customer service or finance, they were efficient and friendly and great folks. It just seemed like a lot of dead time waiting between steps. If my expectation is totally off base and you expect to spend 3-4 hours to buy a car, then ignore this, but we were there on a Tuesday evening, so I thought it might have been a little faster 2) We kind of took a bath on our trade-in. We took well below trade-in blue book because we just had no logistical way to hold onto the trade in car. The engine was making some noise, and so maybe it really was worth that far below blue book, but I am not a mechanic so I don't know. Also, we did not get to ever speak with the people assessing the value, it was all relayed to us 2nd hand as "this is what they guys who assess the car are saying". All I know is I went in with one expectation of price and was offered significantly less, and whether or not this is valid (it may have been), it made my car buying experience somewhat less satisfying. The price on the vehicle itself was indeed great, we drove way out to chantilly from DC just to go to Ted Britt becuase their prices were better than other Ford dealers in the area. We were just a bit surprised about the trade-in offer. However, overall I would recommend this dealer, and each of the people we worked with highly. I would buy from them again. I just might not do a trade-in :) More

I am writing this review to offer kuddos to Ted Britt Ford in Chantilly. My overall car buying experience was great. They were so professional that I ended up buying two vehicles from them in a 3 month p Ford in Chantilly. My overall car buying experience was great. The sales Manager Dario and the two Sales associates I worked with (Mike Asay and Carlos) were all equally great. Surprisingly even the person who helped me with financing my two vehicles Christine was a joy to work with. I say this because the financing part is usually the most dreadful part of the car buying experience. Christine was very helpful in obtaining financing even with my not so good credit. I highley recommed checking them out if you are looking to buy a Ford. More

We were good with our visit until we got to the finance department. The lady was friendly and gave us no worries in regards to walking out of the building with a brand new car, hopeful to be able to keep i department. The lady was friendly and gave us no worries in regards to walking out of the building with a brand new car, hopeful to be able to keep it, and not yet have someone to finance us (we do have bad credit-that was known from the start). We left having an eerie feeling about signing all that paperwork and worried about falling in love with a vehicle then having it ripped from us. A week after leaving the dealership with a car and no financing, we called MANY times and kept getting voice mails with no return call back. Finally we got someone and they said we are still working it give us a few days. A week later, we again called MANY times and left voicemails. I finally got someone and she repeatedly asked "what exactly is the issue that you have?". I informed her that we wanted to have an answer about our financing. She said that they had one company but they wanted to try to do one year longer financing. She said give me one to two days and we never heard back. I called two days later and still no answer. So last night I called AGAIN and left a voice mail. And AGAIN today. I finally get a call back right before they closed from a general manager saying that we needed to come up with more money (lots) or find a cosigner. My husband called her back and had a nice discussion with her. We are going to return the car that we fell in love with tomorrow. They better be glad I wont be there. We are supposed to get our down payment back as long as there is no damage to the vehicle. Now after all this crap, they have messed up our credit by doing so many bank inquires. I cannot believe that you can jingle something in someones face than take it away. We told them this is not what we wanted to do but they assured us it would be ok. Thank you for messing us up. I hope that you are happy for causing so much irritation. Why play with someone? More

I was greeted right away with a very friendly smile and welcome from Dave Cumba and Rob Sigleer. I knew exactly what I wanted so we went to work right away getting the paperwork out of the way. While they were getting prices, approvals and my credit scores my son and I test drove the vehicle. When I returned they were almost finished with everything and they were ready to talk numbers. I liked the fact that we didn't do this running back and forth to lower the numbers. I originally told him to give me his best price and that is what he did. While waiting for Finance I met with Claudia Willett, a very cheerful, funny and down to earth person, and we went over extra options for my vehicle. After a short time we were ready to sit down with Finance and go over numbers. When I got to Finance it was Loni Harman who had prepared my paperwork on my previous purchase with Ted Britt. We didn't have to do any haggling. I was driving away in my NEW ESCAPE in less than 4 hours after I had gotten there. I am a very pleased customer. More
