Fred Stoner is one of the most knowledgeable, enthusiastic salespeople that I've ever worked with. He is extremely patient, and dedicated to his work. I had been shopping for a new truck for a while. Debating between brands. My company has done business with Ted Britt in the past so I figured I would give them a shot. I had gone in and started looking at an F150 and was trying to decide between the ecco boost and the 5.0 v8. Once I decided on the V8 I tasked Tedd Britt's salesman Chris with finding me one with the 6' bed. Once we found it, it was only a short time dealing with Chris and the manager Lisa until we made a good deal. I will continue going back to Teb Britt and recomened them to friends. More

I have always received excellent service and had an outstanding experience in purchasing a car or truck. Fred did everthing and more than I expected in getting the paper work ready and making sure the new truck was ready to drive away. He has given me several calls to insure that I had no further questions and offered her assistance if I needed it. Claudia was very professional and went through all of the features on the console to insure that I knew how to access each and everyone. She also set me up with syncmyride and insured the navigation chip data was loaded correctly. She also has given me several calls to insure that I had no further questions and offered her assistance if I needed it. Nimia was wonderful in processing my loan, getting me new tags and everthing else she did. If I signed in the wrong place or requested the first payment to be 30 days instead of 45 she very happily made the changes. The complete process with Ninia was a very good experience More
