Pretty good with a few minor flaws I enjoyed my experience at Ted Britt Ford for the most part. I wanted a new 2014 Mustang GT, and Jamel and David did a pretty good job of finding what I enjoyed my experience at Ted Britt Ford for the most part. I wanted a new 2014 Mustang GT, and Jamel and David did a pretty good job of finding what I wanted. They weren't able to find a glass roof model nearby for me, which was disappointing. However, they did end up having a Mustang with options I liked in stock, and the price I paid was more than $10,000 below MSRP, which of course is quite nice - the perks of buying right before a new model comes out, I suppose. I did not use dealer financing, so that part was a breeze - I handed them a check. They also were relatively efficient at dealing with the fact that I had two vehicles I wanted to trade in and didn't try (excessively, anyway) to undervalue them. Now, the not-so-good: My Mustang was delivered clean, but with a bunch of paper mats and such still crumpled inside and various shipping plastic pieces still attached. My car came with wheel locks, but they weren't installed - they were left in a plastic bag in the cup holder. They did not mount the front license plate bracket - Jamel seemed to think it wasn't included, but it was just in the trunk - so now that's bopping around on the floor until I get a drill to mount it...I hope I don't get a ticket! Nobody bothered to walk me through Sync or anything with the infotainment/navigation system, which can be rather labyrinthine and difficult to navigate for the uninitiated (i.e. ME!). And last, I only got one key with my car; the second key exists, but two extra dealer visits and a few calls later I still don't have it. I guess they tried to mail it signature-required to my house, and I wasn't home when it was delivered, so it was returned, but the whole thing has been a silly runaround that should have been figured out at delivery. Overall, I would probably go back to Ted Britt. The few complaints I have are relatively minor. Just be wary of the little things. More

Jamel let me know that he was a new sales consultant at Ted Britt, but what he lacked in time on the job, he more than made up for with patience & enthusiasm. He was willing to work with my hectic schedule, as well as wanting to understand how my work as part of a busy husband & wife real estate sales team made my vehicle selection process more complex. I was going to need a car that my clients would be comfortable in as passengers, and I also needed to have sufficient space to adapt to carrying a wide variety of household items as I often assist clients with some of the moving/cleaning out process. The C-Max SEL is going to do the job well & economically. Lisa Light was introduced to me after the purchase process was completed, when she assisted with making sure that the navigation system was up and running properly. She also cheerfully took the time to bring me up to speed on all of the tech & convenience features of my new C-Max (she even showed me things about my iPhone that I didn't know). Lisa has me excited about getting to know my new ride even better. Kevin H. More

Horrible car buying experience Typical salesman tactics, this guy whitney sullivan that sold me the car noticed that my car made a weird noise when I test drove it with him in it an Typical salesman tactics, this guy whitney sullivan that sold me the car noticed that my car made a weird noise when I test drove it with him in it and I mentioned it to him and he said he was gonna have a mechanic take a look at it and then when I got approved for the loan he got so excited that he made the sale that he completely ignored my problem and didn't even offer to bring the price down a little and talking about "oh this is our internet vip pricing, blah blah blah" and to this day it makes that noise while I drive it...well I guess now I have to take it for service with the extra $2800 I paid for the extended service contract...secondly this customer service person Mary Burroughs that was supposed to sell me this "resistall" product that cost over a thousand dollars and I was willing to pay for it eventually in a month and she said that it was fine and I even called and spoke to her a couple of days later and reminded her that I want to buy this warranty and I gave her my personal information and she assured me that she will send me all the information regarding this product but she never did!! I mean I am a customer willing to buy this service you are trying to sell but then I get ignored like I don't matter?? I mean come on now..I just bought a car from you that's xxxx near $30000 and this is how I get treated?? Stay away from this dealership and I'll make sure I spread the word around and keep my family and friends from buying a car from this place!!! Horrible experience!!!! More
A xxxx Fine Experience. Unfortunately, due to a medical condition I have contracted, I was unable to clutch my 'baby' (2012 Mustang 5.0 Manual) and was going to have to sell Unfortunately, due to a medical condition I have contracted, I was unable to clutch my 'baby' (2012 Mustang 5.0 Manual) and was going to have to sell it. I had to get into an automatic but was not sure which one I was going to choose: Mustang, Toyota, Nissan, etc... I really did not want to 'trade down' and out of the all the dealers I contacted the folks at Teddy Britt were the most responsive. I contacted their internet department and was immediately contacted by Jenny who called me and asked me what I was looking for. Within 10 minutes she had the exact car I was looking for and sent it to me. I was then contacted by Brian Affricano, salesman, who introduced himself via email. I setup and appt for the following day to see the car as it had to be moved from another lot to the one I was planning on going to. The following day Brian Affricano contacted me again to verify the appt. Overnight I had decided the car was just to expensive and was now looking at a Mustang V6 but I wanted it loaded. Brian said he would look around and see if he had one I would be interested in. He called me back about an hour later and said he had something I might be interested at looking at. I went down and Brian just nailed it! A BEAUTIFUL, Red, Automatic, LOADED! NAV, Pony package, 19in Rims, Sync, Weather (no joke), traffic, the bloody works! I was actually so stunned by what he had brought me I had a hard time thinking after the test drive I could even afford it. I mean, my WIFE even liked it! After the test drive I told him I wanted to cut right to the chase: How much? We went inside, sat down, and he told me what the price was. I swear I thought I miss heard him. How much? My wife and I were both stunned at the how low the price was. Seriously. I thought he was mistaken. A brand new 2014 Mustang v6 loaded, with the Pony Package for THAT PRICE!!!! We then worked on my trade-in and I have to say they were vary fair with the price. So fair I was able to cover the difference in cash and not only do I not have a car payment, I have a car I truly believe holds it's own against what I had which was my fantasy car ever since I was a kid. I cannot thank these folks enough. This was REALLY hard for me to do. They really seemed to understand that and I was really great-full they were able to work with me and get me into something I could be just as proud of driving as my previous Mustang. Folks... you did one xxxx of a job! Thank you! More

wkinser I gave the highest rating because the staff I dealt with were professional, friendly and very helpful in the purchase of my Ford F150 King Ranch. Mike I gave the highest rating because the staff I dealt with were professional, friendly and very helpful in the purchase of my Ford F150 King Ranch. Mike Asay had the truck delivered from another lot before I arrived and was very knowledgeable of all the features. There was no pressure as we worked to close the deal. Lisa Light was most helpful in presenting the dealerships customer service options. Daniela Vargas made all of the usually dreadful final paper work a pleasure. Whenever I am ready to purchase again this is my team. I will recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More

service with a capital S Mary put down what she was doing and committed herself to my needs until satisfied. I had difficulty with my SYNC system and this hadn't been resolved Mary put down what she was doing and committed herself to my needs until satisfied. I had difficulty with my SYNC system and this hadn't been resolved online or at the Fairfax dealership. In fact, they hadn't returned my calls for an appointment and told me they couldn't promise that someone who knew the tech would be available. Mary tackled it herself. Joined me in the car. Called customer support. Downloaded the files to her own computer, stayed to see that the SYNC was still not taking and walked me to service. All while apologizing for the Fairfax (sister store). Turns out I didn't even get my issue resolved yet. So far, we think the system itself needs more than an update. Mary introduced me to a person in service to help me. I had to insist Mary go to eat her (now very delayed) lunch which I knew was waiting for her on her desk. She took my number to call and be sure I had been helped. Mary is a true keeper! I think she's new to you. Don't let her go. Thank you! I will certainly come to Chantilly for my future service needs. Wendy LeBolt More
