I arrived the morning of my appointment, was greeted immediately with a smile, a friendly approach, and they had my car back in the shop almost immediately. What I expected to be a very long wait ended up being less than an hour, it came out looking as good as new, and the entire experience was very pleasant. The only issue was the part was more than I was quoted, but, the install price ended up being less, so it was nearly a wash. I was so pleased with this visit, one of the best, easiest service visits I have ever had, and I would recommend Ted Britt Ford Lincoln in Chantilly to anyone. The entire staff was helpful, friendly, and it was a very good experience (not counting the stupidity of me killing the mirror to start with...). More
