Jenny from Internet Sales responded to my inquiry about my second choice car. I was willing to look at it and consider it even though it was not my first choice. After speaking to her about my dream car, she informed me that they did indeed have it!! She scheduled me to meet up with Whitney the following weekend and upon arrival my car was sitting at the front door waiting for me. I test drove it, negotiated some numbers with my trade in and within a short time I was sitting in the finance office finalizing my sale with Arturo. I couldn't be any more pleased with the ease of sale as it is my very first time purchasing a vehicle by myself. There was a truck in the showroom that I had not even payed attention to before. Turns out I liked it better. 2 1/2 hours later it was parked in my driveway. No issues what so ever. Jennifer Wainwright has been a superstar from start to finish. She helped me "sync" up, figure out all of the gadgets and where to go if I needed help after I left. She has been more than understanding of my schedule trying to get the undercoating applied. She has been a huge help. The experience has been event free and straight forward. Just the way I like it.
