We have shopped around for cars before and have been disgusted with how people treat us as dumb about the price of a car, but whitney once again took all that away. Whitney was the main reason that a 6 hour day at the dealership did not feel like a 12 hour day. I found my recent experience with the team at Ted Britt (in particular Edres, Mary, Susan, and Giles) excellent in every way, during, before and after the purchase of my new Ford Taurus. It was refreshing to have a car dealership actually work as a team towards a mutual goal and provide the right attitude. Two other local dealerships lost my business due to their inability to try to meet my requirements for the right car at the right price. After the purchase of my vehicle, the customer service seems to keep getting better as opposed to some of the experiences I've had in the past, in which customer service stops once you've made the purchase. I was immediately greeted by a Stephen asking what he could help me with, and from that point on, it was smooth sailing. I told him exactly what I was looking for, we walked the lot, and then began looking through the inventory in the system. We found one that I absolutely couldn't pass it. The price was right, the deal was perfect, high fives were exchanged, and then papers were signed. They detailed the car and I drove away. By far the easiest car buying experience. I would highly recommend Ted Britt, and especially Stephen to anyone who is looking at buying a Ford. This was by far the easiest and best experience that I have ever had at a car dealership. We never felt pressured into a sale and felt as though Chris F. had our best interest in mind. He was respectful of our price point and inevitably worked a deal that got us a beautiful car with more options that we had originally asked for! What I was most impressed with is that Chris kept us in the loop every step of the way. When he had to step away, he was never gone for a long period of time, but also gave us space when he sensed that my husband and I needed to discuss things alone. Chris made sure our car had a full tank of gas and was detailed while we signed our final papers. He took care of us as if we were his family, not customers that he had just met that day.
