Awesome service! Called to make an appointment to get my tire patched and was told the next available appointment was within a week. Thanks to Thomas, I was able to come in that same day and get it fixed. Then the next week, when my low tire pressure sensor was going off again, I brought in my car without even calling and Thomas had it fixed on the spot. Bought my car here and will definitely continue to service it here! More

They had a fantastic selection compared to other dealerships I had looked at. In the end, I got the exact truck I was looking for thanks to help from Leonia and Lisa. Jennifer Wainwright was my customer rep and is top notch, personable and I'm very thankful for all her help even though we were there very late. There are few if any other dealers I'd recommend dealing with at this point after having such a wonderful buying experience. More

At Ted Britt Ford of Chantilly, however, much different story. I worked with Leonia, Connie and Arturo. All were fantastic, genuine and patient. I'm not the easiest customer to work with, but they all answered each and every one of my concerns with no attitude, I didn't feel rushed and feel that my business was genuinely wanted. There were times where I couldn't locate the sales reps, but I assume it was because they were checking on the detailing of my vehicle. Joey from finance was awesome and got me a GREAT rate. Overall, this is probably the best and easiest experience I've had buying a car. I would definitely buy from them again. More

Leonia helped me test drive a couple different trim levels to make sure I found the car that was right for me. After choosing a specific truck, Leonia and the rest of the management helped work with me to get me where I needed to be and better! Once all the numbers were agreed upon, Daniela in finance explained everything very clearly and had us out of the dealer in no time! I recommend going to Ted Britt Ford Chantilly and seeing Leonia!
