I was very impressed with how quickly the check-in process was proceeding. Susan Bushey, the manager, was out there assisting with the initial write-ups. Later in the day I had received an update from Vicki, a service advisor. Robert, the service technician working on my truck even took the time to speak with me about the diagnostics he had performed on the vehicle. When I went to pick it up, the process was just as expedient. Respect for the customer, professionalism, thoroughness, and efficiency is a winning combination and greatly appreciated! More

Excellent experience Mike Asay was very helpful. He educated us about the different options we could get into. It was a no pressure deal which made me happy. And no one Mike Asay was very helpful. He let us take the vehicle to lunch to relax and think about what was best for us. We bought a beautiful 2012 F350 and could not be happier. Giles was able to get us comparable financing through Ford that our bank provided. Amara quickly got us from the internet to a salesman that could help us out. Anwar did the financing and was so professional. He helped us get the extended warranty that made us comfortable (better than a brand new one!). The dealership is gorgeous:open, clean, bright and has such friendly people. We drove from Charlottesville Va to this dealership, which should tell you something. We have a lot of closer places, but I will be coming back here. More
