Great experience and finding the right car! I visit the TedBritt Ford of Chantilly and wanted to check a Fiesta car but ended up with buying a Ford Focus. It became better when I actually went to visit and met my sales person, Michael Asay. He was patience with me and provided all I needed to know about the vehicle. His product knowledge and service was absolutely perfect! I wanted to come home and think about my choices and there were no high pressure to buy immediately. I met Michael's sales manager and he too was very low pressure and easy going. Overall experience was just perfect. The entire staff from the dealership were friendly and helpful. The other vehicles I'm considering may also be nice but I'm not sure how dealership experience can be better than Ted Britt Ford in Chantilly. I should also mention that the price (discount) was amazing too! More

Mike's the Man Mike was by far the best salesperson with which I've dealt in purchasing a car. He was highly responsive after we had postponed buying the car and th Mike was by far the best salesperson with which I've dealt in purchasing a car. He was highly responsive after we had postponed buying the car and then called him a month later him on the day we decided to purchase. Mike was also knowledgeable about the vehicle and infinitely patient with us when we walked into the dealership near closing time to purchase our car. Mike made me feel that I could trust him, like a close friend giving me honest advice about which car to buy. He was never pushy and totally turned upside the car salesman caricature. I will be talking to Mike the next time I decide to buy from Ted Britt. Thanks! More

She recognized that I had my mind set on the 2010 Mazda 3 and got the paperwork and everything started right away. Next thing I know, I'm test driving the car, LOVED IT.
