After shopping two other area dealerships in one week, I visited Tedd Britt and found they had the best choices for either a 2014, 2015, or a used car with low miles, great warranties, and an excellent price. My husband and I were impressed with the physical attributes of the dealership -- it's clean, modern, and has plenty of comfortable places to relax with a cup of coffee, as buying a new car is exhausting. Tedd Britt's team of people made this a fun experience. For such a busy dealership it really runs like clock work as all the people there work as a team and are very much into the customer, which we appreciated. Our salesman, Randy Swan is a class act and knows his stuff. Connie Caballero is smart woman who helped me learn all the tech stuff in the car, and Arturo Carcas is a finance guru who worked up our loan. Connie also got us a reduced price on an add-on we wanted for maintenance of exterior and interior. No hard sell anywhere, just nice, knowledgeable professionals in each part of the process. Entire selling eerie nice here felt like an incredible bait and switch - salesperson gets you to agree to one thing and 2 hours later your are haggling over the deal. More
