Did the test drive and came back inside to find the exact vehicle I wanted. There was absolutely no pressure to buy a vehicle. He was very happy and engaged in talking about the product. The decision was truly up to me. I had done some shopping around and Ted Britt beat the other dealerships by about $1500. Everyone there was very nice. It was a pleasant experience and a fun day overall. More

I was pressed for time and they were very quick to accommodate me and were incredibly friendly and helpful. I never felt like I was being pressured into anything. In each instance with the employees there, I felt that they wanted me to be happy and satisfied. I would highly recommend Ted Britt to anyone looking to purchase a Ford. Go see Stephen Brown or Naz in Sales - they were both fantastic. Special kudos to Connie in Customer Service as well - she is fantastic to work with! More

The team there took complete care of us especially knowing we just spent thousands of dollars in repairs on our Excursion in the last 2 weeks before we decided to trade it in. NEVER any pressure just complete compassion and professionalism. We will definitely be coming back. Fred never pressured us, Connie was VERY pleasant even though we didn't chose some of the options she provided and last but not least Matt was able to explain the extended plans where it made perfect sense to get them! I wish we would have done that with our Fusion!!! No issues at all, thank you all for your awesome service! It actually made buying the truck less painful than past experiences. Side note: Andre has been helping us over the previous months with warranty issues with our Fusion... thank you as well! More

My first call was to Ted Britt and spoke to a salesman by the name of Waqas Asif. He was very pleasant and sounded genuine on the phone. I called the others and was greeted by someone wanting to "sell" me right over the phone. I even had one person hang up on me when I told him that I had a truecar price. My wife and I went the following day to Ted Britt in Chantilly and met Mr. Asif and he helped my wife and I find the Lincoln MKZ Hybrid that we wanted. He was friendly, courteous, and very pleasant. We saw what we wanted, bought it and were on our way in just a few hours. It was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences we have ever had and they beat the truecar price. Their follow up with us has been great. We were so happy with our experience that when I told a friend of our experience, who was interested in buying a car, that he went and bought a Ford Explored from Ted Britt one week later. He worked hard to find us a Ford Fusion that we liked and that fit our budget. We came into the dealership in the afternoon wanting to test drive the Fusion. Chris actually let us have the car overnight so we could get a better idea of how it felt. We ultimately got the car we wanted and the price we wanted. The Sales and Finance staff were friendly and did not pressure us to buy any extras we did not want. More

That would seem to imply a certain satisfaction with their product, brand, and service. But things seem to have changed in the last 12 months - since the last time I dealt with them. In speaking with four separate reps, being pawned off to voice mail, having email ignored, and generally being given neglectful treatment I came to realize that Ted Britt appears to have re-prioritized their values. After being ignored for more than a week and battling to get them to honor their commitment I am pleased to report that Jennifer W. contacted me and finally demonstrated the degree of customer service that I remember them previously having. She was cordial and understanding and she made good on the previous commitment of Ted Britt. To be fair, I have averaged the number of rating stars for each of the relevant categories based on my overall experience. I suppose it's true that all's well that ends well. I appreciate Jennifer's assistance. More

They got lucky in that we wanted to buy that car and had shopped around quite a bit to find it. Otherwise they would not have been successful in selling us a vehicle. The salesman acts quick to help but doesn't actually do anything and was uneducated about the car. The finance guy we worked with made us wait for over an hour even though he had no other customers and we had already agreed on a price of the car. Our unhappiness at the time of purchasing the vehicle is nothing compared to what we are currently experiencing in dealing with anyone at Ted Britt. The finance person we dealt with promised us that when the temporary registration expired to just call and they would overnight us some new ones (since the permanent registration was taking close to 6 weeks to process). We have left over 5 messages and called at least 25 times over the last week and a half. Our temporary registration expired yesterday. We can't get anyone to answer the phone besides the front desk, and no one has called us back. We can't find out the status of the permanent registration, and have not been sent more temporary ones. We have a new car we can't drive. ALL of the people at Ted Britt who we've encountered are unprofessional. Please take your business somewhere else. More
