Looking for a quote, still no luck I contacted this dealership through the internet 5 days ago in an attempt to get an online quote to minimize my time spent at the dealership. I have traded emails with one of their sales agents throughout the week which resulted in one excuse after another. I have never worked so hard to spend $$$ at a dealership. Very disappointing and frustrating. More

Feels Rich!! No question if someone I knew wanted Lincoln/Ford I would send them to Mike A. He was not a typical sales person. Very real personality and genuine. Within the 15 minutes it took me to get there he had brought the car from another lot, dusted it off, and had it ready for show. There was no questioning...I knew what I was looking for and he was there to fulfill it. The rest of the experience was breezy. The best part is each time I've had to visit the dealership its like a warm welcome back. Everyone I worked with always makes it a point to greet me and Mike A. takes care of me 100%. I am so glad I got him as my sales rep. Thanks Mike...I am loving my MKX!!!! More

Deja Vu All Over Again Purchased a 2014 F150 from Mike Asay on 9/26. I had purchased my 2012 F150 from him in 2012. Took the 2012 in for service (Andre Epps) and had been researching 2014 Super Crew Cabs online as the clamshell doors on my 2012 Super Cab proved to be awkward when loading and unloading groceries and other items when parked next to another car. Saw that there were rebates offered through 9/30 and started searching area dealers, in addition to Ted Britt to determine what was available and what they were going for. Compared WOW prices against VIP prices and Ted Britt was a better value for what I was looking for. Contacted Mike via email and listed what features I needed to have and what I would like to have. Mike called me up and discussed several options of inventory they had available. Found 3 XLT's that met my requirements and narrowed it down to 2. Mike had them both waiting for me and I picked the one I liked and closed the deal with a good value on my trade-in. TedBritt4Life PowerTrain warranty and Loaner for Life are a big discriminator. Mike listened, was very low key and low pressure, found what I wanted and did the deal. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful including Jennifer and Clint in finance. Another good car buying transaction with Mike, two F150's in less than 2 years. I am glad that Mike and Ted Britt provided a great buying experience. This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from Ted Britt and we have had great experiences on all. We will be back, but probably not so soon. More
