Chris was an outstanding salesman and was extremely professional and courteous through every aspect of my experience. There is absolutely nothing that he did not do for me and I feel like he bent over backwards to help us out. We spent the majority of his work day with him and we had his full undivided attention the entire time we were there. I have been to many dealerships before and always feel like I am just another commission for a salesman and all they care about is my wallet. My experience with Chris and Ted Britt was anything but that. I feel like I came in and was instantly viewed as a long time friend and somebody of importance. Everyone on the team was polite and made me feel at ease through the sales process. The amount of number crunching and devotion to customer service was absolutely unbelievable. This was an easy purchase. Preliminary "negotiations" were done by my daughter over the phone as she and her family had recently purchased 3 new Fords. I simply came in to see about getting the emission testing done on my 2006 Expedition that I bought at another dealership but with Lisa Walker doing the financing part.
