It seemed impossible, but Barry worked magic! I was suddenly faced with the possibility of having to get a new-to-me car, and I was deeply underwater on my old one. Barry Kramer/ Team Toyota of Princeton I am writing this review to bring attention on what an exceptional level of service Barry Karmer provided me through the process of purchasing a used I am writing this review to bring attention on what an exceptional level of service Barry Karmer provided me through the process of purchasing a used Fj cruiser at your dealership. Barry responded to all my emails and was not evasive to any of my questions. He had no problem putting hard numbers in email regarding purchase price. Which I appreciated due to being about an hour away I didn't want to make the trip if we to far apart on numbers. We didn't talk once once on the phone. There was no need Barry was responsive an thorough in email. So I made the trip to look at the Fj. He gave me as much time as I wanted to look over the FJ in not interpreting or talking which I preferred as I could focus on looking over te vehicle. Followed up by a 25 minute test which was great. I wanted to check it our thoroughly due to it it being A 2008. Also Derek Battle in finance was wonderful, upbeat and entertaining. He made the boring process interesting and quick. All thee above earned your dealership my bussiness. I bought the FJ And very happy I spent my hard earned money at Team Toyota Princeton. More

Worst Safety experience ever! I brought my recently bought Sienna for first time oil change and wheels rotation on Oct 14th 2017. I picked up the car 2 hours later and found the ca I brought my recently bought Sienna for first time oil change and wheels rotation on Oct 14th 2017. I picked up the car 2 hours later and found the car shaking while driving! I sent an email next day to the service rep and he replied to me saying the car might need balance!!!!! (Don't understand how although it was in the service center itself!). Then I started to hear knocking sounds in the car!! I called the rep and told him about what I found, he said bring the car now. I asked him if it's safe to drive the car he said yes!!! While driving the car on the turnpike, the front left wheel came off the car while I'm on 65 mil/ hour, the car started to go right and left, I slow down and then God didn't have accident, then I pulled up at the shoulder. I called the rep again and he told me to tow truck it myself because they can't do that at the turnpike. The problem was that they forgot either to put the nuts back to the wheel after rotation or they put them but forgot to tighten them. To me this reflects poor quality assurance system reflects gross negligence and I really don't know how many accidents happened to people because of such poor service. The last part of the story was the management response who took the issue very light and didn't even bother themselves calling me except after I complained at Toyota itself. I feel sorry that I bought a car from those people and I'm really afraid to take the car to their service center again however they fixed the car in almost 2 weeks on their expenses. More
