bad experience brought my2017 hylander to dealership . Rear hatch back door when opening caused extensive damage to roof and hatch back door! Dealership associates brought my2017 hylander to dealership . Rear hatch back door when opening caused extensive damage to roof and hatch back door! Dealership associates determined damage was caused by a quarter inch stone that was jammed in between rear spoiler and roof of vehicle. I agree something jammed in opening of door but don't agree a small stone did 2100 dollars worth of damage! Toyota doesn't want to take any responsibility for damage. My argument is the door should have stopped opening when it felt resistance or force! its a safety feature in the door. Instead it kept opening and i had to physically stand on it to stop opening! I feel if the safety feature in the door was working properly the damage would have been minimal! I've purchased many Toyota vehicles from your dealership and feel i'm being screwed over by Toyota and the dealership! never deal with Toyota or your dealership again. More

Great Experience for 10+ Years Team Toyota has been my service provider for my ‘06 Tacoma since it was nearly new. My go-to service guy was Doug Benci and I was sorry to see him le Team Toyota has been my service provider for my ‘06 Tacoma since it was nearly new. My go-to service guy was Doug Benci and I was sorry to see him leave. I was apprehensive about continuing at Team with a new service contact, but Mike Elliot proved to be at least as good if not better. They both provided solid service recommendations, working to keep necessary services within budget. They kept careful records of services performed, in case I was letting something slide until the next visit. And they never tried to upsell services to get me to spend more money. They (especially Mike) knew my truck at least as well as I did. Unfortunately my patronage of your dealership is ending. Today was the last time I’ll have my ‘06 Tacoma serviced. My 2018 Ford Raptor is due to be delivered late December, early January at the latest. I can only hope that my service experience on my new truck will be as good as that I received at Team Toyota. More
