I didn't make an appointment so I had to wait for nearly two hours. The staff informed me on arrival of the delays, so they were at least honest about the issue. Once the maintenance was done, the mechanic went over everything with me. They were very thorough and helpful. I made my appointment for next time to hopefully avoid the long wait. But the service itself was stellar. Just wish they had a proper amount of staff to deal with a large influx of customers. 4/5 stars. More
