This is got to be the worse dealership in NJ. We agreed on a used car signed a contract and the paper works. They charge 3K on my credit card and the rest paid on a check. The car was missing Valance Pane on a used car signed a contract and the paper works. They charge 3K on my credit card and the rest paid on a check. The car was missing Valance Panel and they told me that they will fix it when I pick up the car the next day. Well, the next day got a call from the dealer they told me that they are not going to fix anything on this car. I can take the car as-is or cancel the sale. I told them I will take the car as is but not at the agreed price. Spoked to this arrogant Supervisor Lee Flannery a total xxxxxxxxx. Told me that there is a guy in the show room ready to buy my car. I don't have to take it. I told him that I have signed a sales contract and paid the car in full. How can he sell my car t multiple customer? They give me some xx he did not try to sell my car. The guys saw it and is ready to commit. But I already paid for the car I told him. At least point I am just done with the dealer. I ask for my money back, he told me that the check is in large amount and I need to stop by to pick it up. I ask him to mail the check to me. To this day I still have not receive my check. and the 3 K credit card refund. I have been calling multiple time they told me they will take care of it but still did not do anything. Buyer be aware I will not buy a toy car from this dealer ship. They are just a bunch thief and liar. More
