Most recently I brought my 4Runner in for maintenance and Danielle Stevens provided the truly exceptional assistance she always does. She noted that much of the maintenance was covered by my extended warranty and provided a loaner vehicle at no cost. The work was completed in a reasonable time for a reasonable cost. More

They charge more and therefore they do not have to squeeze out every dollar from you. I have had experiences last year when I was stranded because of some problems these guys should have caught the day before. One of the managers listened to me when I raised my issues at the dealership. Email communication did not quite work out. The floor service team is very professional, polite and straightforward. They take time to explain things and do not push services. If something can be addressed at a later date, they would say that. Service department gets things fixed faster than they usually promise. Mechanics are like doctors. You have to be able to trust them 100% and rely on their expertise. The moment you have the slightest bit of doubt, you start questioning every recommendation - is it driven by the desire for some revenue or are they really taking care of my vehicle. Despite some experiences last year I choose to trust these guys. I have no reason to doubt the floor team. I worked with Fowler Toyota dealership in Norman, Oklahoma for 8 years. I had a great experience and they took good care of my Toyota. I came to this dealership with 200,000 miles! I hope to have the same experience here. More
