I called Sales and advised them I am in the initial stages of my car search and said I was interested in Corolla (CPO). I make an appointment to meet with Rob Moran and although nice, I found that he wasn’t listening to what I had to say or showed much concern. It was almost as though he was intent on achieving his sales target/agenda - instead of taking time to determine my needs and preferences. He was trying to push me towards a new Corolla and to lease it, no less. I have never leased a car (always bought/financed) and I’m not about to start now. Then I get constant emails that border on being pushy. I appreciate how difficult it is to be in car sales and that you are trying to achieve quotas but there are certain ways to approach a potential buyer and if you take a more low key approach, you would be surprised at how effective that is. And bringing in the Manager right away on an email (Ron Mingo) is overkill. Rob emails me again this past week to follow up on my status. I advised him I am still looking and was comparing stock and prices at local dealers as I narrow my search. Also said I was about 2 months out from buying. He then responds by saying that in that time, there won’t be any 2018 Corollas left. Another example of how he didn’t listen to me - I NEVER specified what model year Corolla I was looking for and what part of CPO did he fail to understand. What an absolute turn-off. And there are many Corollas out there to be had - but you can be assured I won’t be purchasing one from your dealership. More

Tim worked with me to give me the best overall service for my 2012 Tacoma 4x4 Truck today and was very understanding and accommodating. That being the case, maybe you should make it 10,000 words long. That way, feel confident that you'll get fewer feedback forms to assess and clog up your most busy schedule, your most busy day! If this moronic requirement causes me to go back yet again, I plan to devolve ratings of your dealership and recommendations. More
