Able to find vehicle with ease Roger help was excellent but later found that I was paying more than what was promised. FA provided final price and that was $200+ than agreed one- a calculation mistake per FA but I felt it was deliberate. Even after correction I paid 70$ extra. Not big money but give bitter taste. Length of whole process was bit lengthier. Not sure if it could be improved a bit. But working with Roger was pleasant. And I give him 10 out of 10. More
