Flawless I inquired on line as I don't have much time to spare to sit and buy a new car. Roger was amazing. He showed me colors of RAV 4's and continued working with the finance department. Roger called me and said when would I like to come in and pick up my RAV 4 I came in and spent a couple of hours with Roger and Financing and was on my way with my new RAV 4 which I am loving. Roger also took quality time of his to instruct me on the RAV 4. My daughter bought a Toyota last year from Team Toyota and I bought one this year. Tire replacement Stacy RIgle was a wonderful advisor at Team Toyota in the service department! I came in with a flat tire and two little girls; I was VERY frazzled. Stacy RIgle was a wonderful advisor at Team Toyota in the service department! I came in with a flat tire and two little girls; I was VERY frazzled. She was so calm and kind that I immediately relaxed. My tire was replaced and under warranty, so the cost was minimal. On top of that wonderful news, a tire valve that was broken during a rotation was replaced for free which finally turned off my low tire pressure alert!
